Small Ensemble Performance Application
Deadline for Submission - January 13, 2012
- Only College ensembles may apply.
- Directors of the collegiate ensembles applying to perform mini
concerts during the State Music Conference should be active members
of TMEA.
- Student performers who are not registered CNAfME members may
receive a guest passes to attend the TMEA conference for that one
day.
- The selection process is based on “first come, first served”
as well as concern for balanced representation. Ensembles
directed by TMEA members receive priority; others will be considered
on a space available basis.
- All applications must be submitted by November 1st to be considered.
- Directors will be notified of the final selection and assignment.
- Those selected will be asked to provide a photograph of the
group and a short bio before February 1st (in electronic format)
for inclusion in the spring (pre-conference) issue of the magazine
and the official conference program.
Incomplete forms will not be considered.
