2022 TMEA Professional Development Conference
REQUEST FOR MEETINGS, RECEPTIONS, & CATERING

NOW ACCEPTING REQUESTS FOR MEETINGS, RECEPTIONS, & CATERING FOR 2022

The Tennessee Music Education Association (TMEA) is now taking your requests for meetings, receptions, and catering during the 63rd Annual Professional Development Conference, held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 27-April 30, 2022.  All meetings, receptions, and catering must be requested through this official TMEA application.

Music education organizations, college and universities (and affiliated alumni associations), and music industry vendors are invited to schedule meetings, receptions, and catering throughout the TMEA conference.

Meeting rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center cannot be reserved for product displays or demonstrations, clinics, performances, programs, recitals, or storage.

Please try to estimate your attendance as closely as possible.  The larger your attendance, the fewer rooms are available to you.  By overestimating, you limit your options, and by underestimating, you run the chance of being assigned a room that cannot comfortably accommodate your event. We ask for your three date and time preferences for each event that you would like to hold.  By giving three options, you increase your chances that your events can be accommodated at your desired time.

Organizations requesting a meeting room only are asked to help offset the cost of the conference by contributing to a room rental fee or by requesting food and beverage to help offset the TMEA Convention Food and Beverage minimum.

DEADLINE FOR REQUESTS:

MARCH 25TH, 2022, by 11:59 CDT
