Who May Audition? TMEA Member Directors may submit up to twelve 6th, 7th, or 8th grade students per school with changed voices to audition, with no more than 4 students of the same voice part.

​

Audition Requirements:

• Students will submit:

  • Ascending and descending scale

  • "Dona Nobis Pacem"

​

Video Submission - Directors will upload ONE video per student through the Snap Audition Platform.

​

Ensemble Selection - Students will be represented from all three regions of Tennessee.

36 members of the ensemble will be allocated to each region. The remaining 36 members will be selected using overall scores from all regions.

• Thursday, January 14

  • 1:30 pm - 3:45 pm - First Rehearsal ​

  • 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Middle School Leadership Session

  • 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Dinner (provided)

  • 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Second Rehearsal

• Friday, January 15

  • 8:30 am - 11:15 am - Rehearsal

  • 11:30 am - Sound Check

  • 1:00 pm - Concert
