Highlights of the 2026 Conference

Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time
Exhibit hours have once again been built directly into the conference schedule to support steady traffic and meaningful engagement with educators, students, and families.

Product Showcase Facility
New this year is a designated product showcase room available for reservations. Exhibitors may use this space for demonstrations, performances, technology previews, or small group presentations. This environment is designed for focused interaction and deeper conversations about products and services. Details on reserving this space will be provided in the exhibitor portal.

New Conference Platform: PheedLoop
We are transitioning from our previous system to PheedLoop for all conference management. PheedLoop offers improved registration tools, expanded visibility for exhibitors and sponsors, clearer communication features, and a more streamlined portal experience. All exhibitor documents, booth selections, sponsorship options, and schedule details will be housed in this system.​

Higher Education Institutional Membership Initiative Engagement
Our HEIM initiative continues to strengthen connections with higher education programs and future music educators. Increased outreach to pre-service teachers is expected to result in higher college student attendance in 2026. Exhibitors will have more opportunities to interact with the next generation of music educators who are entering the field.
